How It Works
All orders placed on the A Talent House® website are shipped within six business days from the date of purchase. The estimated date of delivery can be viewed while checking out.
We offer local as well as international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated and added to the shopping cart during checkout.
The following shipping options are available for local and international shipping: PostNL, DHL and DHL EXPRESS.
Orders amounting to or greater than €25 qualify for free delivery within the Netherlands via PostNL or DHL or and €100 for outside Netherlands via PostNL.
For international orders, all purchases from A Talent House's B2B are eligible for free delivery via DHL Express.
RETURNS
How It Works
Returning items is no issue. Are you not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your products without stating a reason within 14 days after delivery. In this case, we will refund your money with no questions asked. Costs for returning products have to be paid by the customer.
Returns are only accepted when handled as follows:
Send an email to contact@atalenthouse.com
Mention your order number in the email.
Wrap the undamaged product (in its original packaging) in such a way that the goods cannot be damaged during shipping.
Also mention the bank account number to which the money has to be refunded in your email.
